HCI Communities of Interest
HCI Communities offer best practices, new strategies, thought
leadership, and networking opportunities for human capital
professionals, line managers and executives. Each community contains a
series of learning tracks that represent important links in the talent
management continuum, and serve as collection points for compelling
research, new ideas and innovative strategies.
Please follow the links below to HCI's active learning tracks. If you
are interested in helping us activate a new track, please contact Allan
Schweyer, Executive Director at 1-866-538-1909.

Learning Tracks
Learning Tracks provide a structure for continual, collaborative
learning. They provide the research, education and dialogue that
practitioners and executives alike need to think their way through the
sea change from human resources to human capital. They are a medium to
surface break-away ideas, share game-changing strategies and provide new
models to experiment with, as we change and improve our companies,
non-profit institutions and governments.

Thought Leadership
HCI Expert Panels are invitation-only forums, comprised of thought
leaders, academics, authors, leading practitioners and innovative
executives in each Learning Track. Meetings are held bi-monthly to
examine best practices, identify trends, surface new ideas, debate
strategy and introduce new solutions. Meeting outcomes are published on
the HCI site to assist members with decision-making and business case
development, and threaded discussions with each panel are available to
all.
Position Papers
HCI Position Papers contain rigorous research, provocative ideas and
articulate new concepts on topics within each Learning Track. New papers
are peer-reviewed and published monthly, and are FREE to all HCI members
and member organizations.
Webcasts
New HCI Research is also presented monthly in 90 minute Webcasts, and
additional Webcasts and Audio Conferences are developed for selected
topics within each Learning Track. Most Webcasts and Audio Conferences
are FREE to HCI members.
Executive Workshops
HCI Executive Workshops are collaborative working sessions, organized
around topics within each Learning Track. Sessions are facilitated by
HCI expert practitioners, to provide a guided interactive experience
where professional leaders and executives can learn, as they share their
own challenges and success.
Conference Tracks
Learning Track topics are incorporated into working sessions at the HCI
Annual Conference and at selected International Conferences.
Certificate Programs
Research, creative new ideas and innovative strategies developed within
each Learning Track are purposed, alongside proven best practices, into
HCI Certificate Programs. Our objective is to provide each generation of
learner with the best of what is known, and the exciting possibility
about what could be.

Third-party and Member Resources
HCI works with a number of affiliated organizations, and solicits fresh
content from interesting sources, to provide a well-rounded view of each
topic in our Learning Tracks. We welcome contribution from our members
as well. So, if you have materials to publish, or a new insight to
share, send us an email, or call us at 1-866-538-1909 anytime!
